Ms. Sandra Olaedo Ishiguzo is the Head of Human Resources at Tastia Restaurant Limited. In her role, she provides strategic leadership in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. She is recognized for her ability to balance ethics with legal compliance in HR practice.

She holds a B.Sc. in Applied Microbiology and Brewing and has further advanced her expertise through professional certifications. Sandra earned a certification in HR Fundamentals on Balancing Ethics and Legal Compliance from the Human Resource Certification Institute of Nigeria in April 2024. She is also a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is currently pursuing membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).
